User DB Resto

• DB Resto is one of the leading and cheapest plan based QR based restaurant management platform.
• You may use DB Resto only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• You must be at least 18 years old to have an account or a sub acoount on the DB Resto, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

User Account

• In order to use certain features of DB Resto, you may be required to create a user account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify DB Resto immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• DB Resto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, without notice or liability to you.

Intellectual Property

• All content and materials available on or through DB Resto, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the property of DB Resto or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or otherwise use any content or materials from DB Resto without the prior written consent of DB Resto.

Limitations of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, DB Resto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of DB Resto.
• DB Resto does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and DB Resto will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in DB Resto.
• DB Resto does not endorse or assume any responsibility for any third-party content that may be available through DB Resto.
• DB Resto is just responsible to give a platoform to manage restaurant and it is not responsible for any kind unethical work by the restaurant owners or by people who are going to order food using our platform.

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India
• Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be brought in the courts of Indore, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

• DB Resto reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice or liability to you.
• By continuing to use DB Resto after such modifications have been made, you agree to be bound by the modified terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

DB Resto and its affiliates, partners, and contributors are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. All services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied.
